[Bug 1609535] [NEW] Allow for custom CSS for themes

Public bug reported:

/master-css-for-themes

Allowing custom CSS in themes would make it possible to customize the
themes look even more.

If there was a master style sheet and sufficient classes in the
verse/chorus being rendered the text, the text could be styled a lot
without using formatting tags.

Classes that might make sense might be "slide" "line" "odd-line" "even-
line" "verse" "verse-1" "verse-2" "chorus" "bridge" and so on.
