  Bible Import Wizard Crashes on Launch

Status in OpenLP:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On trying to Import a Bible in Open LP, upon clicking "Bible" in 'File
  / Import / Bible' the wizard crashes before appearing and the bug
  report wizard appears
