  Cannot close out of CCLI SongSelect import

Status in OpenLP:

Bug description:
  Operating System: Windows 10 Home
  OpenLP 2.4.2

  If you open CCLI SongSelect import you cannot close out of the window.
  This bug combined with the new changes that break the CCLI SongSelect
  import login means that the window is stuck open and cannot be closed.
