[Bug 1615303] Re: Showing PDF after PowerPoint causes PowerPoint to stay live
Okay, I hadn't been using OpenLP 2.4 because of the transparent
background issues on Windows, but will try it tonight to verify that
it's fixed.
Thanks

Title:
Showing PDF after PowerPoint causes PowerPoint to stay live
Status in OpenLP:
Incomplete
Bug description:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version: OpenLP 2.2.1
PowerPoint: 2013
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create PowerPoint using PowerPoint 2013 and save. (Probably not specific to 2013)
2. Create or download a sample PDF (http://unec.edu.az/application/uploads/2014/12/pdf-sample.pdf)
3. Add presentation and PDF to the prestations list of OpenLP.
4. Add a song, then the powerpoint, then the pdf, then a song to the Service Manager in that order.
5. Show the first song live, then the powerpoint.
6a. Try to show the PDF, the powerpoint should stay on the screen.
6b. Trying to show one of the songs also does not remove the powerpoint.
6c. Closing the Slide show using the Windows taskbar then removes it from the screen, but does not allow songs or the PDF to show.
7. The only thing that allows anything else to show, is to re-show the Powerpoint live from the service manager, then change to a song (not the PDF), then the PDF and anything else can be shown again as normal.
Note 1: No crash or continuing issues seem to be present. It is just that a PDF can't be shown directly after a PowerPoint.
Note 2: Showing a PowerPoint after a PDF works fine.
Thanks,
Josh.
