This is bad because people are usually very lazy when it comes to writing copyright details.
Thus there are many songs that are: "Written by: Author not set"

This is also bad because not all the "Authors" are "Writers" 
and users may not use the built in categories for them.

  Make the song-footer text "Written by" optional

Status in OpenLP:

Bug description:
  In 2.2 "Written by" was included in the song footer text to make it more clear who was the author of the song.
  Multiple users has asked if it can be made optional.
