I think this is the segfault we're seeing on Linux and macOS. From what
I can tell, there's a problem in the teardown/destruction of one of the
myriad of windows OpenLP has.

  Closing OpenLP triggers crash in Windows builds on 2.4 >

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  When OpenLP is closed, Windows pops up the program crash dialogue
  twice.

  “OpenLP.exe has stopped working
  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
  Please close the program.”

  This happens in 2.4 builds but not in 2.2 series.
