A somewhat simple way to do this could be adding only 
songs which have unique "title".

This would probably solve 75% of the duplicate issues.

This is a big issue when merging song databases since 
there will likely be tons of duplicates.

  We should try to detect duplicates when importing new songs. Maybe
  this could be done based on file name and modified time?
