[Bug 1672050] [NEW] Service Manager /Go Live non-functioning after web api desktop call

OpenLP 2.4.5 on Windows 10 Pro & Home

If you use the web API ../api/display/desktop then Go Live button and
menu items in Service Manager cease to function. Selecting Show Desktop
in Live column enables the Go Live actions again.

Recreate Go Live cease to function
1. Run OpenP
2. add service item and Go Live
3. …/api/display/desktop
4. Hit Go Live button on Service Manager - no response
5. Select Go Live on Service Item Menu - no response
8. Select Show Desktop in Live column then Go Live button and menu items work.
