[Bug 1674363] Re: Inconsistent action with middle/right click
I've thought about this more, especially after Raoul said "...we'd
basically have to intercept all mouse events, and then selectively
ignore or engage them..." (see the linked Q&A above). That's a lot of
work to code & test, and that introduces more work that OpenLP does
constantly, and it's only to resolve a really minor corner case on one
platform (may or may not happen on others) - and let's not forget that
some folks are still running on WinXP with much older machines.
Not that my vote counts for much, but I recommend closing this as Won't
Fix unless you have other really good reasons for wanting to intercept
all clicks to the GUI.

Title:
Inconsistent action with middle/right click
Status in OpenLP:
New
Bug description:
Platform:
OS: Windows 10 Home
OpenLP: 2.4.5
Severity: Very Minor
What happened:
When right-clicking or middle-clicking an item in the Live list view (not the Service Manager), the selection changes to the clicked item, but it does NOT update the Live view.
What I expected to happen:
I expected either middle/right clicks to be completely ignored or to act like a left click (change selection AND update the live view).
Per Raoul's request
(https://answers.launchpad.net/openlp/+question/564970) I'm filing
this as a bug report.
