[Bug 1679199] [NEW] Wishlist: Custom Slide Header

Public bug reported:

New wishlist item: Custom Slide headers with bold/italic/underline/left/right/center options
Severity: Moderate

Explanation:
It's like the Footer section, but goes at the top and the text can be formatted more than Footer text can

Rationale:
As a fairly liturgical church, we use a lot of custom slides, and PowerPoint is far too cumbersome & sluggish for our needs. We're just displaying formatted text. Most of our custom slides have titles that need to be displayed, and the slides are different every week. (I tried keeping a library of them, but it turns out they're always different and don't repeat.)
The current approach is to manually enter & format the title on the first line of *every* slide, with manually placed Slide Splits. This involves a lot of trial-and-error, save/preview/edit/save, etc. It's rather tedious, and it would be wonderful to just define a title/header, and dump all the plain text in the body section with Optional Splits inserted at paragraph breaks.

** Affects: openlp
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
