[Bug 1687278] [NEW] Powerpoint doesn't advance if not live

Public bug reported:

Not sure if a bug or a feature!

OLP2.4.6
Windows 7 Home
Ofice/Powerpoint 2007

If a Powerpoint presentation is loaded, but not yet sent live, or if the
main display is blanked during a presentation, it is not possible to
select another slide prior to unblanking by any means - arrow icons,
[double or single] clicking on the slide, or [double or single] clicking
on a slide in the expanded item in service manager.

If the main display is not blanked, all the above function "as
expected".

Not a huge issue, but is is useful, at times, to jump to random places
in a presentation on request and to do so "invisibly" to the
congregation without having to send the presentation live and then step
through the intervening slides.

** Affects: openlp
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
