  (Easy?) Feature Request: Import MyBible SQL files

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  Please add the ability to import Bibles of the MyBible SQL format.
  That format seems to be *very* similar to OpenLP's current SQL format.
  There are a *ton* of MyBibles available freely at
  https://mybible.zone/b-eng.php and this would really increase the
  availability of offline Bibles for OpenLP!

  Please note that this would not seem to violate their Terms of
  Service.  According to the Help page at https://mybible.zone/part-
  eng.php?q=1, "The program has been, is and will always remain free."
