[Bug 965031] Re: Add first line preview of next slide in live view

I think the underlying suggestion is very helpful, but I wonder if
there's a less distracting alternative implementation?

In the lower right have a short text string that summarises the song
order, highlighting the current position within it. So "V1 C V2 C V3 C B
C", with the current song part underlined or in ad different colour or
something. This actually gives more information to the service/worship
leader, which can be useful if the service is running long, or the song
is new, or if the musicians are working from music that has a different
ordering from the way the church uses it. I've been in all three
situations.

Title:
Add first line preview of next slide in live view

Status in OpenLP:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I found in other presentation Software the following feature:

At the right lower line of the screen, always the first line of the next slide was displayed at the live screen (we have a similiar implementation for the stage view)
This was helpful in case the technician falling in a short sleep and forget to switch to the next slide in time, and also to see what will happens next ("oh, ok then the Chorus will come next", or "ok, this seems to be the last slide, because there isnt any new text visible")

  Here my idea for implementation:

  1. This feature should be switchable and configurable via the theme manager
  2. it should display the first line of the next slide
  3. it should not displayed in case there is no verse order denoted
