  Feature request: Change theme font size on-the-fly

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  In the case where OpenLP is used with a movable projector, it would be
  really useful to be able to change font size on-the-fly for
  visibility.  Please add keyboard hotkeys (for example { and } or
  whatever) to be able to increase/decrease the font size of the item
  being projected.  It would be nice to also have GUI buttons for that -
  maybe to the right of the Blank (./T/D) buttons?
