[Bug 1727718] [NEW] Add transparent theme troubleshooting instructions

Add instructions for troubleshooting transparent themes to manual on
troubleshooting/themes sections + possibly to FAQ?

Transparent themes are mostly  broken in 2.3-2.4.6

They may however work if ONLY the WEBKIT media player is used.
This may breaks support for some video/audio playback formats.
Restarting OpenLP may be required.
