Bug description:
  Hello,

  I tried to import csv zionworx file, but this file has encoding ANSI window-1250 (central europe). I trancoded file to utf-8, iso-8852-2 but without good result.
  I checked the source code: zionworx.py and I saw that there is ISO-8859-1 encoding. I changed it to utf-8 and then I imported utf-8 encoded file with success.
  I think that there should be possible to select encoding or at least note (only ISO-8859-1 encoding).
