This is a problem that we find every time we use the software (every
other week).  Do you know whether and when an optional (or permanent)
"live" button might be added?

  Add "Go to live" button (unblank)

Status in OpenLP:

Bug description:
  Some of the users are confused by the toggle
  functionality of the "Blank" buttons.

  This means they do not know how to resume "Live" if they press the
  blank button.

  I think it would be a good idea to add "Live" button,
  which would always unblanks the display.

  Additionally the "Toggle" functionality could be disabled/removed
  from the Blank buttons.

  Current version when wishlist item was created: 2.4.5
