Title:
  Closing OpenLP triggers crash in Windows builds on 2.3 >

Status in OpenLP:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When OpenLP is closed, Windows pops up the program crash dialogue
  twice.

  “OpenLP.exe has stopped working
  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
  Please close the program.”

  This happens in 2.3 > builds but not in 2.2 series.

  Windows 10 Education 64 bit
  Office 2016 64 bit
  Visual Studio Community 2015 (32 bit)

  This machine also has 64 bit Python dev env setup.

  I tried to cleanup OpenLP registry and do a fresh install,
  but that didn't help.

  
  I tried to install 2.4.4 to an another Windows 10 
  machine but couldn't re-produce this issue.
  The machine does not have dev setup, Office or
  Visual Studio.
