The problem is that sometimes OpenLP does not close properly and this
makes it impossible to start the program, without killing it via the
task manager first or re-starting the computer.

This should be treated as a bug but whatever.

  Add "Close & continue" if the program is already running

Status in OpenLP:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  If OpenLP is already running the user is given two choises:

  Run 2nd instance
  Don't run

  It would be useful to have "Close old & start new" option as well,
  so users could kill ghost/old apps.
