  When adding a verse, the suggested verse number is always 1

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  Despite there existing a method called update_suggested_verse_number
  in the verse editor, it appears that the suggested verse number is
  always 1 which makes entering new songs quite annoying because you
  have to select the number every time, whereas it should suggest the
  next available number for the verse type.
