[Bug 1795297] [NEW] Projecting to external screen by default not working consistently

Public bug reported:

When OpenLP is set to project to an external monitor by default, the
user has to switch back to the primary screen, then return to the
external monitor to force OpenLP to project. This has caused some delay
in projecting at the beginning of services, while staff are shown the
workaround.

OS: Windows 10 (not sure of the Edition sorry)
Version: 2.4.6
Steps to reproduce: Open the software, with the default settings to project to secondary monitor. Projection is not visible. Changing the content of the projector screen in the software does not make any difference. Open Settings > Configure OpenLP..., General Tab, Monitor section. Change monitor to "Screen 1 (primary)," then back to "Screen 2" to fix.

** Affects: openlp
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: projector
