Works the same as songs in the latest development code. One caveat is
that the list has to have focus, ie you need to select an item first. In
the songs plugin results are not automatically selected after searching,
where in the bible plugin, the results are automatically selected (but
the list still does not have focus)

  send to live shortcut for media manager no longer works under bibles

Bug description:
  Windows 10 Pro 64bit
  OpenLP 2.2.1

  From Media manager
  Click Bibles
  Type "1 john 3v1-"
  press enter (sends to preview)
  press shift + enter (FAILS to send to live)

  Shift + enter works under the songs tab. The issue seems to be isolated to the Bibles tab.
