  openLP crashes on display adapter removal

Bug description:
  MacOS 10.14.3
  OpenLP 2.4.6 
  If my MacBook has a mini display adapter attached with OpenLP running, if anything happens to make the projector shut off or the cable it's attached to become disconnected, OpenLP will crash.
