Title:
  V2880 images plugin fails on startup

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  Windows 10 32 bit
  Trunk Version 2880
  startup command python run_openlp.py

  When The system tried to start up there was a popup error message.
  error message;

  Error
  Unable to initialise the following plugins:Images

  See the log file for more details
                                         OK

  I found that the sqlite database was NOT being updated....so I deleted
  it. The next start of the program did not show the error message and
  the Images plugin was shown and functional.

  It appears there is a problem in validating the database. the
  previous install of OpenLP was 2.4.6
