[Bug 1841375] [NEW] On Change of items with a different them the Background image does not change

Public bug reported:

Using Song level theme setting.
Add two items to the service each with a different theme.

When they are displayed the themes changed correctly EXCEPT the background image does not change.
This does work fine for gradients.
