Imho QA financed by service contracts is great, but i'd like to see it
happening more in public in launchpad. To be discussed in a more

  observed in v6

  installation of l10n_it_minimal_chart fails, because a required field
  (report_type) is required but not always set in
  data/account.account.type.csv
