Solitamente 'fix committed' vuole dire che esiste un branch con una 
patch (non ancora merged).
Mentre 'fix released' vuol dire che il branch è stato mergiato.

Possiamo decidere di non usare il 'fix committed' se crea confusione.
Anche perchè vedo che qua

il 'fix committed' non è citato (sebbene non sia citato nemmeno lo stato 
'In Progress'.

  Inserendo una riga su una fattura con iva detraibile parzialmente, con quantita diverse da 1,
  la base imponibile e a volte anche l'iva risultano errati.
