Io continuo a essere favorevole a base_location e non vedo motivazioni 
nel non usarlo (ovviamente dire "è peggiore" non è sufficiente).
Inoltre, il modulo base_location è usato da diverse localizzazioni, tra 
cui quella svizzera e quella spagnola (tra le più ben fatte).
