Subject: on the moon

Just wondering, why do we get this spoilers  for  a chapter that will be
out in a short amount of days, the chapter is partly destroyed now and
the shock when reading will be  a lot less. sure this time around it
will be a  big shock  this  time but  I  do want the hole chapter in one
peace instead of one or two pictures at the  time.

  l10n_it - le note di credito aumentano l'IVA a debito invece di
  diminuirla

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Se si crea una nota di credito, il saldo del conto 'IVA n/debito'
  risulta effettivamente diminuito, mentre il saldo del relativo conto
  imposta aumenta. Questo perchè non è stato impostato '-1' come 'tax
  code sign' (e 'base code sign') delle tax
