  l10n_it - le note di credito aumentano l'IVA a debito invece di
  diminuirla

Bug description:
  Se si crea una nota di credito, il saldo del conto 'IVA n/debito'
  risulta effettivamente diminuito, mentre il saldo del relativo conto
  imposta aumenta. Questo perchè non è stato impostato '-1' come 'tax
  code sign' (e 'base code sign') delle tax
