I have tried the packages in the manual (from debian sid) and they have the dependencies issues I described on a fresh install of ubuntu 10.04 (updated, though).
The python-prctl works fine.

Hello,

You can find links for libnl and libnl-route packages for debian that
would work on your platform in the OpenSAND installation manual
(http://opensand.org/support/wiki/doku.php?id=installation_manual#main_packages).

You may also need the python-prctl package.
