To remove message "WARNING - SAT: cannot read tool1 description
file /usr/share/opensand/tools/tool1/description (No such file or
directory)", please read

For message "ERROR - SAT: received '['ERROR', 'cannot', 'start',
'update', 'thread']' while waiting for 'STARTED'", please try the
following:
 1/ check that you do not have another OpenSAND manager running,
 2/ restart the OpenSAND daemon on the sat host,
 3/ restart the OpenSAND manager.

If the error message is still present, send on the ML the traces that
the OpenSAND daemon wrote to syslog on the sat host.

On any wiki page, click on the "login" button at the bottom right
corner, then click on the "Register" link.
