Title:
  Blurring video when displaying JPEG

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  When I create a title, consisting of two tracks containing the Smoke 2 title on one track and a JPEG picture on the other track then the result in the exported video is as follows:
  - Fixed picture - shows OK at begin, then begins to blur. After 4 seconds text and picture is not recognisable anymore.
  - Zoom in - Perfect
  - Fade out - Bluring untill fade out, then perfect.

  Input format: .Title - Smoke 2 and JPEG
  Output format: Web - Vimeo SD Widescreen - Square NTSC Widescreen - Average
  Platform: OpenShot 1.3.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 on Intel Q8300
