[Bug 840853] Re: Thumbnails rendered incorrectly when not first frame

I think this bug should be fixed before the release of 1.4.0, since it's
a bug and not a feature. Also it's not only bad because it's a graphical
bug; it also makes OpenShot use more hard drive space (about three times
more for thumbnails).

I realized that the information on top was incorrect. I was so used to
filing bug reports that I simply copied the information from bug report
to bug report, without thinking about that I had moved away from PPA.
Here is the new info:

1) Ubuntu 11.04
2) Trunk
3) 1.4.0~Beta1

I attach a screenshot of the problem so there can be no
misunderstandings at all. The patch should still be valid; I tested it a
moment ago.

** Attachment added: "Screenshot showing the bug"
   https://bugs.launchpad.net/openshot/+bug/840853/+attachment/2414035/+files/Screenshot-2.png

** Description changed:

  1) Ubuntu 11.04
- 2) PPA
- 3) 1.4.0 alpha 1
+ 2) Trunk
+ 3) 1.4.0~Beta1

  Steps to reproduce:
Drag a clip onto the timeline. In one way or another, try to make the clip not show the first frame as thumbnail. This can be accomplished by, for instance, resizing it on the left side. If the thumbnail still is visible, you should now be able to see that the new thumbnail is missing the rounded edges that clip thumbnails should have.

What should happen: The thumbnails should always have rounded edges.

The problem occurs since the newer thumbnails incorrectly are 720 x 480 (with my preferences), instead of quarter_ntsc.
- Patch attached.
+ Patch attached.
The patch also removes a not needed print statement.
