Hi,
This feature need to use a good system of key-frames and this one will be available only in our future 2.0. not before. Technically, we can not include now this feature but when this version will come all is possible.

  Timeline loop / repeat

Bug description:
  I am surprised to find that noone has requested this so far (or maybe
  there is a good reason for that, which I am not a ware of). I think
  having the ability to automatically loop between two markers is in my
  opinion pretty essential when adjusting finer details and
  synchronizing tracks. This does in a way resemble this blueprint
  (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openshot/+spec/select-range-on-
  timeline), so perhaps it can be merged in it.
