The clip properties window is a modal window, meaning you can't interact
with the main window when it's open.  So, an apply button would not be
useful in this scenario.  Thanks.

  Invalid

Bug description:
  It could be a nice thing to add an OK button on the Clip Property
  window to close the window and leave the apply button to apply changes
  without close the window.
