  New Translucent Black Title Bar (with Gold Text)

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Using the new gold style titles (now default in OpenShot), a new
  black, translucent bar has been added as a new title (called Bar 3).
  It covers the bottom 20% of the screen, and looks very nice overtop
  video as a bottom-aligned caption.
