Check in the preferences what setting you have for 'Smooth Scaling'
(this is dependent on the version of MLT on your system, if you have a
suitable version it should be enabled).

Title:
  Images shaking during the play.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  When I add a motion to a picture, for example "Zoom In (from 75% to
  100%)", during the play it trembles as if it's not fixed. How come?
