  Length field in project tree does not round

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Clips that have a millisecond portion > 500 should show a rounded up
  length in the project files tree, i.e. a clip with a length of 20.689
  should show a rounded value of 21. Instead, it currently shows as 20.
