  Openshot completely closes after using the resize tool

Bug description:
  I use Openshot in a Ubuntu parallels virtual machine on my mac. the OS
  of the VM i assigned one GB of memory. Playing the preview is quite
  slow. Often wenn I use the resize tool the computer "needs time to
  think". When I try to place the red curser on the tracks and press the
  play button before the "think period" after resizing is finished
  openshot closes without any error message.
