In lp:~openshot.developers/openshot/debian revno 62, this is the new
Depends line for python-mlt:

python-mlt5 | python-mlt3 | python-mlt2,

Is it still necessary to have the python-mlt4 dependency?

Bug description:
  The latest distribution packages of MLT are including python-mlt4. The
  current Openshot package specifies python-mlt3. We should update the
  packaging to reflect this change.
