Title:
  Freeze effect cancels out any layout changes

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If you apply layout changes to a clip, such as zoom or positioning,
  then add the freeze effect to the clip.  The layout is lost at the
  point the freeze takes effect.

  Issue occurs with 1.4.2 as well as trunk (1.4.3-alpha1).
