  Unexpected result when reversing a clip which is set to play at a
  faster speed

Bug description:
  There have been similar bugs regarding reverse which have been raised
  and fixed in the past (such as Bug #667806).

  However this bug is specifically to do with reversing a clip which is
  set to play at a faster speed.

  Attached is the project which was used to create the example video.
