  openshot does not render AVI files with msmpeg4v2 and pcm_s8

Bug description:
  Openshot does not render (it hangs but remains responsiv) the
  following codec combinations:

  AVI, msmpeg4v2, pcm_s8 (hangs)
  AVI, msmpeg4v2, pcm_u16be (crashes)
  AVI, wmv1, none (hangs)
