  openshot doesn't show the preview

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10
  Openshot 1.4.2
  several installation method
  libmlt 0.7.4-3

  
  Every time I try to play the preview, it doesn't show anything.  The cursor carries on but a blank screen is shown. If not playing the timeline, then the cursor can be placed at any point on the clip, but it doesn't show the frame at that point
