Title:
  A click in the scrollbar should scroll at least a third of the window
  width

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:

Bug description:
  When clicking into the scrollbar (outside the slider) it scrolls a few
  seconds. The normal expectation is that it scrolls page wise where the
  page size depends on the window size. I suggest that the screen should
  move at least a third of its width.
