  Transition hidden by clip after changing properties

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  When modifying a clip's properties, and clicking "Apply", it redraws
  the clip, and covers up any transitions above the clip.  Of course,
  this only happens when a transition is over a clip.
