Added an upper limit to the size of fade and transition length when
using the 'Add to Timeline' feature, to prevent invalid transitions and
fades from being added to the timeline.

  Invalid transitions using 'Add to Timeline'

Bug description:
  Openshot version 1.3.1
  I am trying out OS.
  Imported a few images and lined them up on Track 2.
  Add transition "fractal1" to snap to end of first image. Direction is "down".
  Play - it works fine.
  Add transition "fractal1" to snap to start of second image. Direction is "up".
  Play - first transition does nothing but second work correctly.

  If I remove any of the transitions. The other one works correctly.
