Title:
  Cannot position a clip more than 100% up down left or right

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  It is possible to scale a clip up to 300%. But it is not possible to position the clip up to 200% left, right, up or down.
  Thus it is not possible to display a 300% scaled clip up to its edges.
