A new theme is now committed, called "holo".  It is loosely modeled
after the Android Holo theme, which has lots of dark gray & black, with
light blue highlights.  I've tested this with a few dark GTK+ themes,
and it looks pretty good to me.

Bug description:
  OpenShot needs a theme that looks good on dark GTK+ themes.  The
  tracks and clips are too bright in most themes, and look funny when
  the background / canvas is gray or black.
